As someone who wanted to improve
their marathon time, I found myself searching for ways to increase my
running speed and energy levels. At the time I consulted with Maranda,
I was training for a marathon in Switzerland. She was very

running with power and explosiveness building exercises. Within a
short couple of months and just in time for the marathon, I had shed
two percent body fat and increased my lean mass by five pounds. The
Swiss marathon was a success as I set a new personal record by twenty
eight minutes. Since then I have kept my nutrition and workout
regimen the same following Maranda’s guidelines and once again set
another marathon personal record the following year by seventeen
