As someone who wanted to improve their marathon time, I found myself searching for ways to increase my running speed and energy levels.  At the time I consulted with Maranda, I was training for a marathon in Switzerland.  She was very approachable and had a motivating personality. 

Her experience and background as a competitive athlete gave me confidence in her expertise relating to proper nutrition and weight lifting. Through analyzing my current dietary habits she made me aware that I wasn’t consuming enough quality food throughout the day to support the many miles of training that I was putting in on the road.  With Maranda’s help, I became aware that my diet needed to change and after a few weeks I noticed substantial improvements in overall energy levels.  Maranda also worked with me on developing a personal weight program focused for my running with power and explosiveness building exercises.  Within a short couple of months and just in time for the marathon, I had shed two percent body fat and increased my lean mass by five pounds.  The Swiss marathon was a success as I set a new personal record by twenty eight minutes.  Since then I have kept my nutrition and workout regimen the same following Maranda’s guidelines and once again set another marathon personal record the following year by seventeen minutes.  I recommend seeking out Maranda’s services whether you are an athlete wanting to improve in your sport or just anyone wanting to break out of their current workout plateau.
